Our process

Six steps, every project, no exceptions — starting with a consultation and ending with us checking back in a few weeks later. Here's exactly what happens at each stage.

Our process

Initial consultation

15–30 minutes, in person, every time. We walk your vehicle and talk through how you drive, where you park, how you wash it, and your budget — then walk you through where PPF, ceramic, and wraps actually differ, so you know which one (or combination) fits before anything is quoted. We want you fully informed, even if you don't end up doing business with us.

01
Review & estimate

Product and material selection based on what we learned, with a clear, itemized estimate — no surprises once the car's on the lift.

02
Installation

Precision install by trained technicians — right there on the open shop floor, if you'd like to watch.

03
Internal quality control

Every vehicle goes through our internal QC checklist before it's called finished — checked by someone other than the installer.

04
Delivery & overview

A full walkthrough of the finished work and a care guide — how to wash it, what to avoid, and how long cure times take.

05
Post-install review

We check back in 2–4 weeks later to see how it's holding up — plus a complimentary hand wash, on us.

Common questions about the process

Why do you require an in-person consultation instead of a phone or online quote?

PPF, ceramic, and wrap pricing genuinely depends on your specific vehicle's condition, panel geometry, and your goals — a phone quote is either wildly inaccurate or padded to cover worst-case scenarios. Seeing the car in person takes 15–30 minutes and gets you an estimate we'll actually stand behind.

Depends heavily on scope — a front-clip PPF package is a different timeline than a full-body wrap. We'll confirm an estimated timeline at your consultation once we know exactly what's being done.

We take a look at the work 2–4 weeks after delivery — checking for any edge lifting, film settling, or finish issues that sometimes only show up after a few weeks of real-world use — and send you off with a complimentary hand wash.
